A Biography of Alan Walker
Alan Walker’s birth name is Alan Olav Walker, also known as DJ Walkzz. He was born in America in 1997. They moved to Bergen when he was two. He is the son of Hilde Omdal Walker, she is a Norwegian, and Philip Alan Walker, an Englishman. He also has an older sister Camilla Joy and a younger brother Andreas.
He started his career in 2012, so he decided to visit DJ in Italy. He listned to other music and he really liked it. He learned a lot of things from him, but the most important thing was producing music. He started on his laptop with FL studio. In July 2012, with the help and feedback from his fans online, he began pursuing his music career and he was slowly posting his music on YouTube and Sound Cloud. His first achievement was drumpstep track Fade on 17 August 2014. He was invited to NoCopyrightSounds also known as NCS on YouTube. The track has over 220 milion views on YouTube. He also made track Specter, Force and Faded in 2015. The track Faded is the biggest and the best song he has ever made. He received platinum certifications in over 10 countries. He was ranked 55 on DJ Mags’s Top 100 DJs list of 2016. This song was remastered song of Fade and he also added vocal. Its release was on 3 December 2015. The singer is Iselin Solheim. In 2016 he preformed live at Winter X Games. After his song Faded became a massive hit, Walker quit high school in January.
By March 2016 he produced over 30 songs but Faded was still the best. Now he’s producing music for his job. He is also very kind, in April 2017 he gave 29,105 USD to the Norwegian childhood cancer foundation Barnekrefeforeningen. I like him because of his creativity.
