Ice cream is known as a popular dessert, especially for kids. The ingredients needed for making ice cream base are: full fat cream, milk, sugar and vanilla extract. When all the ingredients are prepared they are mixed in. When the base is really smooth it’s heated in a saucepan until sugar is dissolved. After that the mixture is chilled in a fridge. Two hours later it’s put in an ice cream maker. It’s frozen there for about an hour. When the ice cream base is taken out of the maker, some additives like chocolate, fruit or nuts are added. Ice cream is then taken to an ice cream maker again. After a little time the freezing process is finished. It’s served right from the freezer so the ice cream is still cold.
